Overview
Sospita Risk Assessment helps safety, quality and operations professionals build structured risk assessments on a phone or tablet.
Choose the method that fits the work. Risk Matrix follows an HSE workflow from hazards and hazardous-event scenarios to existing controls, current risk, planned actions and target residual risk. Consequences are rated separately for People, Environment, Assets & Reputation (PEAR), against one likelihood per scenario. Fine-Kinney scores probability, exposure and consequence. FMEA/RPN rates severity, occurrence and detection for process, product, design and reliability risks.
Current, target and verified residual risk are kept separate, so the expected reduction is distinguished from the condition after controls are completed. The app is local-first: no Sospita account is needed, and assessments stay on your device unless you share or export them.
